A letter from Kappa Delta’s President
Hello!
My name is Kaitlyn Raleigh, and I am Chapter President of Kappa Delta at Elon University. Serving in this role has been one of the most meaningful experiences during my time at Elon. To me, Kappa Delta is more than just an organization; it is a place where every member is seen, valued, and encouraged to become their most authentic self. That is how I found belonging in Kappa Delta, and it is the reason I choose to call Kappa Delta my home.
When I went through recruitment my freshman year, I was not sure if there was a place for me within the Elon Greek community. As I went through the recruitment process, I met some of my best friends who welcomed me with open arms. Looking back now, it feels unreal to be the Chapter President. I have the privilege of leading a group of people who consistently embody the values of Kappa Delta; honorable, beautiful, and highest in everything they do and accomplish. Their authenticity and kindness inspire me to be better and proud to stand beside them.
Each member of Kappa Delta plays an integral role in the development and high achievement of our sisterhood, philanthropy, and academic achievement. I have learned through my time in this chapter, that each member of this organization is ready to be there for you. I found that a supportive sisterhood, is the best kind of sisterhood.
With all my love, Kaitlyn
